Rice

Rice is a type of grain that is one of the most widely consumed staple foods in the world. It is a member of the grass family and is grown in many parts of the world, with Asia being the largest producer and consumer of rice. There are many different types of rice, including long-grain, medium-grain, and short-grain varieties. Rice can also be processed to remove the outer layers of the grain, resulting in white rice, or left unprocessed to create brown rice.
